Church Hire
If a church building would be a better fit for your event, such as a concert or performance, we’d be delighted to discuss your requirements. Hire rates range from £30–£60 per hour, with a £100 security deposit and additional charges where a sound technician or kitchen facilities are required.
Hall Hire
We have several welcoming halls available to hire for individuals, as well as groups, clubs and societies. Please take a look at the information below, then click the Application Form button to request your preferred hall, date and time.
Our buildings
Parish Hall, Church Yard, Ashford TN23 1QG
Size: 15m x 9m
Capacity: 80 people
Hire Fees: £26.50 per hour*
Booking Fee: £10 - non-refundable (deducted from hire fee)
Security Deposit: £75 - refundable after event
All music must stop by 10:30pm and the building must be vacated by 11pm
Facilities include: tables, chairs, kitchen with oven, cutlery, crockery etc.

Christ Church Community Hall, Christchurch Road, Ashford, TN23 7XB

Capacity: 80 people
Hire Fees: £21.00 per hour*
Booking Fee: £10 - non-refundable (deducted from hire fee)
Security Deposit: £75 - refundable after event
All music must stop by 10:30pm and the building must be vacated by 11pm
Facilities include: tables, chairs, kitchen with oven, cutlery, crockery etc.
Hire of the hall does NOT include use of the stage or back-stage areas.
St Mary's Community Centre - Main Hall - Rylands Road, Kennington, TN24 9LL

Capacity: 75 people
Hire Fees: £26.50 per hour*
Booking Fee: £10 - non-refundable (deducted from hire fee)
Security Deposit: £75 - refundable after event
All music must stop by 10:30pm and the building must be vacated by 11pm

Hire Fees: £21.00 per hour* - or £40 per hour if you hire Small and Main Hall at the same time

Hire Information
Availability
Our buildings are available for rent on a first-come, first-served basis, subject to availability and approval. We recommend booking your event well in advance to secure your desired date and time.
Disabled Access
All our halls are fully accessible, with facilities designed to welcome everyone.
Bouncy Castles
To help us keep everyone safe and protect our buildings, we’re unable to accommodate bouncy castles or similar inflatable equipment in our halls. Small soft-play equipment is very welcome.
Policies and Guidelines
We adhere to certain policies to ensure the safety, security, and integrity of our buildings. Hirers are expected to comply with our hire agreement and polices, which will be provided upon booking.
